Senior Consultant – Project Manager

Role Overview

• Take over project management and consolidate the existing setup.
• Maintain the integrated schedule, milestones and dependencies.
• Lead governance bodies (steering committee, project committees, workshops).
• Manage risks, decisions, changes and actions.
• Coordinate business, data and IT teams as well as external partners.
• Provide hybrid project management combining formal governance and Agile practices.
• Prepare testing phases, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live and project closure.
• Participate in Delta’s development tribe; support and manage Delta development initiatives.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to support colleagues when specialized expertise is required.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience managing complex projects.
• Able to operate effectively in multi-stakeholder and multi-partner environments.
• Communicate confidently with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners.
• Produce reporting and facilitate governance meetings and working workshops.
• Master the Quapital methodological framework or an equivalent project management framework.
• Implement Agile, hybrid or traditional project management approaches depending on project context.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure tracking of risks, dependencies and changes.
• Ensure projects are executed successfully in line with objectives, deadlines and expected quality.
• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• English and French are mandatory; an additional language is an advantage.
