Executive Producer, Senior Project Manager, International Retail Experience

Role Overview

• Structure an international project combining pop-ups, customizable fashion, e-commerce, viral content, and community-driven experiences.
• Create a memorable experience that is shareable on social media.
• Possible responsibilities: end-to-end project leadership, coordination of agencies and vendors, budget tracking, venue scouting, organization of pop-ups, deadline management, and operational risk management.

Requirements

• Senior profile: autonomous and highly structured/organized.
• Desired experience in one or more of the following: pop-up stores, experiential retail, event production, fashion, beauty, luxury or lifestyle, brand activation, international launches, creative project management, multi-vendor coordination, and management of significant budgets.
• French and English proficiency recommended (French and English preferred).
