Supporting business development and contributing to marketing activities to build client relationships and promote the Family team’s expertise.

Requirements
Experience of managing or supporting a caseload of family matters, with an interest in financial remedy work and privately funded children cases
Strong drafting skills with the ability to prepare clear and accurate court documents, financial disclosure and client correspondence in line with the Family Procedure Rules
Confident communication skills, with the ability to take detailed instructions and provide a professional and empathetic service to clients
Excellent interpersonal skills when working with colleagues, counsel and external professionals
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively, demonstrating resilience and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines
Strong organisational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail, particularly in relation to financial information and case preparation
