About this role
Role Overview
Identify key growth opportunities in the care market and derive concrete go-to-market and expansion strategies
Build the partner network with care providers in Germany from scratch
Identify, win, and develop strategic partnerships in the care sector
Lead core business development projects — from concept to operational implementation
Prepare entry into new geographic markets and take responsibility for their successful launch
Independently structure complex projects and prioritize effectively
Take ownership of implementing key initiatives and drive topics to completion hands-on
Work data-driven: measure the success of your initiatives and derive concrete optimization measures
Drive strategic growth initiatives in close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Leadership up to the C-level
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field
3+ years' experience in high-performance environments such as consulting, investment banking, VC-backed startups, or scale-ups
Proven track record of successfully implementing business development initiatives — especially in building partnerships or new sales channels
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and win over diverse stakeholders
Ability to structure complex problems and derive clear hypotheses
Data-driven working style and ability to define relevant KPIs
Fluent German and English (at least C1) — written and spoken
Experience in the healthcare or care market is a plus
