About this role
Role Overview
Own the relationship with Cresta’s Partners and work with the internal Partner Team
Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them invest in and scale their Cresta practice
Guide partners on creating collaborative, long-term relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for technology and solution partners
Develop partner success plans that increase partner self-sufficiency
Design and execute onboarding and ongoing enablement programs
Collaborate with partners to define and execute joint go-to-market strategies
Align partner business objectives with Cresta's capabilities
Work cross-functionally to drive successful partner outcomes
Collaborate with sales teams to support partner-sourced opportunities
Monitor and improve solution adoption and partner performance metrics
Identify and resolve partner-reported technical gaps
Requirements
10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such Partner Success, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, or Partner Relationship Management
5+ years of experience working in the Contact Center space
Experience working with ISV, SI, and BPO partners in SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
Demonstrated ability to develop platform expertise and engage effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
