Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in digital transformation, strategy, or innovation.
Proven experience leading large-scale digital initiatives.
Strong knowledge of digital technologies and platforms.
Proven track record in private equity–backed or high-growth companies.
Demonstrated experience in value analysis and value optimization.
Experience supporting M&A transactions and post-merger integration.
