Administration, maintenance and further development of the company-wide IT infrastructure
Support and optimization of core systems, including identity management (Active Directory / Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 (e.g., Exchange Online, Endpoint Manager)
Operation and maintenance of the ERP system (Aareon Wodis Sigma / Wodis Yuneo) used in the housing sector, and providing support for its deployment and use
Ensuring backup and recovery processes (using Veeam)
Management of the virtualization environment (VMware), the endpoint security solution (WithSecure), and the telephony system (Swyx)
Planning, implementation and monitoring of IT security measures with a focus on identities, endpoints and network
User support (helpdesk, troubleshooting) and procurement, installation and administration of hardware and software
Participation in or leadership of internal IT projects, including coordination with external partners, and documentation and continuous improvement of internal IT processes

Completed vocational training or degree in IT or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience administering Windows networks and Microsoft 365 environments
Knowledge of directory and identity management (e.g., Active Directory and Azure AD)
Solid knowledge of network security and firewalls
Practical experience supporting virtualization solutions (VMware)
Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration) and SQL for queries
Desirable: experience in the real estate/housing sector and familiarity with a housing-sector ERP system (not mandatory)
Proactive, structured and independent working style, with good communication skills and team spirit
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (native-level)
