Lead the full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale and C&I Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across the UK.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, EPCs, system integrators, investors, and technical advisors throughout the entire project journey.
Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including engineering, supply chain, logistics, and service as well as external contractors and subcontractors.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, delivery schedules, and commissioning documentation.
Oversee payment milestone tracking, change management processes, and contract compliance.
Support and attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
Monitor UK ESS market developments, regulatory requirements, and grid connection standards.
Drive continuous improvement within the ESS delivery function.

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or a comparable technical field.
At least 3-5 years of hands-on project management experience in the energy storage, solar PV, or broader renewable energy sector.
Solid technical understanding of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM are highly desirable.
English C1 proficiency is required; additional European languages or Mandarin are a plus.
A proactive, solutions-first mindset.
Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally (up to 30-40% travel expected).
