About this role
Role Overview
As part of the HR team and in collaboration with Flore, you will be responsible for HR administration tasks such as managing HR administrative documents, monitoring time management, and acting as the administrative point of contact for Safran.AI employees.
Participation in HR administrative onboarding
Ensure registrations with social organizations: occupational health, complementary health insurance (mutuelle), and welfare insurance (prévoyance)
Management of Swile meal cards and transport expense arrangements
Update employee records in our HRIS (Lucca)
Track payroll variable elements according to the payroll schedule
Monitor time and attendance through our HRIS (Lucca)
Ensure People Ops communications to all employees
Participate in continuous improvement of HR administrative processes based on employee feedback
Contribute to tracking HR KPIs
Participate in producing reports for the group
Contribute to optimizing and automating HR tools and processes to improve operational efficiency and data tracking
Requirements
You hold a degree in Human Resources, administration, management, or equivalent
You have a first successful experience in HR administration and/or HR topics (internship, apprenticeship, fixed-term contract, first job…)
You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks in parallel
You pay close attention to detail and demonstrate rigor in administrative follow-up
You are comfortable with numbers, have an analytical mindset, and an affinity for digital tools
You are committed to providing a smooth and high-quality employee experience
Maintaining confidentiality is essential to you
You have good verbal and written communication skills and enjoy working in a team
Knowledge of Lucca or another HRIS would be a plus
