You will actively contribute to our Go-To-Market activities: creating and launching outreach campaigns (scraping, copywriting, sending), optimizing existing nurturing workflows, identifying and enriching contacts in our CRM, and implementing new lead-generation initiatives — all your ideas are welcome!
You will assist Clément in the operational management of key teams: sales, ops, customer care, marketing and finance. Tasks include: implementing and optimizing tools, continuously improving the CRM, and automating repetitive tasks to save time for everyone.
You will be a true analytical co-pilot for the Revenue Ops team: producing no-code reports using Google Sheets, HubSpot or Metabase. If you want to go further, you will have the opportunity to learn SQL to create advanced analyses directly in our data visualization tool.
You will be at the heart of our AI transformation: identifying automation opportunities, designing and deploying intelligent workflows, creating AI agents and integrating the best tools on the market to save time across teams (Sales, Ops, Customer Care, Marketing and Finance). You will work on concrete use cases: data enrichment, lead qualification, business process automation, content generation, data analysis and internal assistants. You will help make AI a real productivity lever at Moka.
