Build and develop customer relationships around AI and automation topics
Identify, structure, and prioritize AI use cases
Conduct meetings, workshops, and appointments with clients and business units
Translate customer requirements into concrete solution approaches together with the AI team
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Product team, and other customer-facing teams
Support building repeatable consulting and delivery models around AI
Document, prioritize, and internally communicate relevant requirements and insights derived from customer work
Actively shape and advance the AI topic within tegosgroup
Requirements
A university degree can be helpful — however, practical relevant experience and the ability to drive initiatives independently are more important to us
Ideally experience in a technology-driven environment, consulting, or a high-growth company
Practical experience with AI, automation, or digital process solutions — preferably not only conceptual but also hands-on
Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate customer problems into concrete use cases
Confident communication when interacting with customers, business units, and internal stakeholders
Basic technical understanding of APIs, data flows, and digital systems
Excellent German skills and good English skills
Willingness to travel nationwide for client meetings
