Enrich product data within Schaeffler systems, including creating and maintaining product and attribute data in PIM
Manage and improve data quality by generating reports, identifying improvement measures, and following up with data suppliers
Train internal data managers on proper data handling and governance
Respond to inquiries via the PIM support mailbox as first-level support
Manage export channels for data consumption, including APIs, reports, and Excel files
Identify use cases for AI, automation, and predictive analytics in the PIM environment
Coordinate customer and internal support requests related to export channels
Organize and conduct customer onboarding meetings
Manage customer onboarding processes (connect them to our systems for data exchange)
Train customers in data handling and data management

3–5 years of professional experience in a similar role
Familiar with SAP customer master and product master concepts and related transactions
Good command of English
German is an advantage
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment
Technical understanding of mechanical systems and components is a plus
Experience in data processing and data handling is a plus
Interest in AI and automation is a plus
