Technical Solutions Engineer - Data Centers

As a Technical Solutions Engineer for Data Centers, you will design, optimize, and implement innovative electrical power delivery solutions while collaborating with customers and internal teams to enhance technical strategies and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and business teams to shape application strategies
• Support sales with technical training, documentation, and expertise
• Deliver consultative guidance to operations and engineering partners
• Develop and promote methods to optimize transformer components
• Lead advanced engineering assignments using innovative approaches
• Create and enhance technical solutions that elevate customer satisfaction
• Coordinate testing, manufacturing, and installation activities
• Serve as a technical liaison across internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data center environments
• Strong understanding of design, manufacturing, and testing processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects
• Skilled communicator with collaborative problem‑solving abilities
• Experience in customer‑facing technical support is beneficial
