The Sales Operations & Growth Enablement Manager serves as the operational backbone of the Strategic Growth Department.
This individual is responsible for driving accountability, CRM ownership, reporting, performance analytics, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and operational excellence across the recruiting and expansion organization.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
Experience owning and administering CRM platforms.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Real estate industry experience, preferred but not required.
Experience supporting recruiting, sales, or growth organizations.
Experience building reporting infrastructure from the ground up.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools.
