Plan, supervise and control project progress following the company product development process, obtain and secure the necessary commitments and approvals
Prove, plan, approve and integrate changes into the project planning and implement them into the product and serial production
Plan, order and approve prototypes according to internal and external needs
Investigate actual variances to the project planning and risks related to timing, profitability and technical realization at an early stage; work out adequate proposals
Represent and promote the project internally and externally, prepare and provide project reporting, manage the project communication and guarantee continuous and complete project documentation
Prepare, realize and manage regular customer meetings; support the customer with any project related matter under consideration of the BHTC objectives, interests and competence guidelines
Acting as face to our customers and internal contact partners
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Electronics or Automation
At least 2 years work experience with automated or semi-automated optical, electronic and mechanical (haptic) measurement and test equipment
Experience with dealing with suppliers.
Ability to work with tight deadlines and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Preparation of reports and presentations to further present the results
Proactive, analytical thinking, solution-oriented, eye for detail, problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
