About this role
Role Overview
End-to-end management of high-volume positions for the Retail VP channels.
Support in the execution of projects related to Talent Attraction.
Monitor the market and provide insights on talent pools and trends.
Candidate outreach and interviews: the mission is to find the best professionals who fit our culture, placing the right person in the right role.
Data and dashboard analysis, generating relevant insights about positions and areas of operation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Experience with recruitment and selection for retail positions.
Experience managing end-to-end high-volume hiring processes.
Self-driven and autonomous, with initiative to execute and lead effective recruitment processes.
Based in Curitiba for occasional in-person selection processes.
