Serve as the primary lead for all strategies and initiatives related to Contractor Safety Management
Monitor and track the progress and performance of the contractor safety program using established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Oversee the selection, implementation, and administration of contractor safety management software solutions
Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders in Procurement, Production, Security and Facilities to facilitate and support the ongoing evolution of contractor safety culture and organizational change
Lead regional-level initiatives that align contractor activities with the overarching OHSMS strategies and safety goals
Develop and implement technical documents including policies, procedures, programs, and guidance documents pertaining to Supplier and Contractor Safety Management
Manage the Supplier and Contractor audit and inspection process; conduct audits, produce reports, and lead briefings on findings, corrective actions, and recovery plans
Responsible for monitoring and tracking the progress of contractor safety initiatives using established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in industrial and/or Environmental, Health and Safety Engineering or related fields, or certification or an equivalent amount of experience
5+ Years of health and Safety experience required in an industrial production or aviation maintenance environment
Proven experience in managing complex contractor safety programs and managing 3rd party software services
Experience leading regional-level safety projects with a focus on vendor compliance and procurement integration
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Deep working knowledge of Health and Safety data software, database management, and the Google Platform
Ability to understand and apply federal, state and local environmental, health, and safety laws
Fluent written and spoken English
