About this role
Role Overview
- Conduct remote training sessions to enable users to operate the payroll system
- Map clients' HR/payroll (personnel) processes and recommend best practices for using the system
- Support the client throughout the training period, ensuring correct system configuration and usage
- Produce supporting materials (guides, manuals, FAQs) for user training
- Provide consultative support to clients, answering questions related to payroll routines
- Ensure client processes align with the implemented system
Requirements
- Previous experience implementing payroll systems or working in payroll/personnel departments
- Strong knowledge of payroll routines, labor charges, and payroll legislation
- Ability to conduct client trainings and enablement sessions
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with the ability to manage deadlines and deliverables
- Experience with payroll systems (plus)
- Knowledge of eSocial and statutory reporting (plus)
- Clear teaching skills and the ability to convey knowledge effectively (plus)
- Empathy and customer-oriented approach (plus)
