Senior Operations Manager

Role Overview

• Managing a unit for a site, region, or product line within the bank's internal operations
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving highly complex problems
• Ensuring compliance with policies
• Developing and implementing new processes to improve operating efficiency and ensure accuracy of workflow
• Managing employee performance, development, talent planning
• Overseeing the budget, expenses, reporting, and forecasting

Requirements

• 2 years + Syndicated/Commercial loan experience
• Experience with Loan IQ
• Experience with managing people or a process in a fast pace environment
• Experience reading, interpreting, and analyzing complex legal documentation such as credit agreements, and amendments
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to plan, prioritize and manage deliverables
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to target messaging to different audiences
