Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Strategic Operations Manager to sit at the high-visibility intersection of demand-supply planning, business intelligence and governance. The role is most suitable for strong analytical personnel who wants to move beyond building dashboards and step into owning end-to-end business outcomes. You will use data to unearth bottlenecks, design cross-functional workflows, and partner directly with senior leadership to optimize our working capital, speed, and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
• Analytics & Business Intelligence: Own end-to-end visibility of asset and inventory metrics. Build data infrastructure (dashboards, models) that transforms raw operational data into actionable supply-demand alignment strategies. Work with technology and product teams to build operating systems.
• Cross-Functional Governance: Act as the central connective tissue between Procurement, Operations, Logistics and Sales. Establish and lead structured review cadences to align stakeholders and drive execution on core bottlenecks.
• Process Engineering & Efficiency: Deeply analyze lifecycle turnaround times (TAT) and throughput. Identify friction points in the value chain and drive process improvement projects to accelerate inventory velocity.
• Asset Health & Capital Optimization: Proactively monitor aging metrics and inventory health. Design and execute optimization strategies to minimize excess buildup and maximize working capital efficiency.
• 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Strategic Operations, Planning, Consulting, or a highly analytical supply chain role.
• The "Data+Action" Mindset: Exceptional proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is required. Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) is highly preferred.
• Proven Project Driver: Experience taking an analytical insight and turning it into a cross-functional project with measurable on-ground impact.
• Structured Communication: Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise narratives for senior leadership and operational teams alike.
