You will be predominantly out in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens.
Your mission: introduce chefs and restaurant owners to a marketplace that genuinely simplifies their daily work.
You conduct about 10–15 meetings per week and are responsible for consistent follow-up.
You independently plan your week (with support when needed) and work toward meeting or exceeding your goals.
You present live demos of the Saltz app to chefs directly in their workplaces.
You use our CRM system (don’t worry — we’ll train you!) and other tools to document your progress and provide transparency to the team.

Initial experience in sales or customer-facing part-time jobs is a big plus.
You enjoy being on the move, entering kitchens, and building personal relationships with chefs and managers.
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
You can conduct conversations confidently, listen actively, solve problems, and present yourself professionally.
Bonus: fluency in additional languages besides German or English.
