Senior Engineer – Steering & Wheelend

Role Overview

• Electronic power Steering system CAN Architecture development
• Design and development knowledge on 3 phase AC motors
• Steering system calculations understanding
• Coordinate with Electronics team & other interface team on understanding the communication of ECU's
• Excellent knowledge in CAN communicating tools
• Script development using Vector & Interpedis tools
• Test case preparation with Virtual ECU's for Software verification
• Discussion with Suppliers on Networking, Specification documents, Diagnostics
• Analysis of failure modes in the vehicle and preparing 8D for problem solving
• Assist CMVR team on steering validation and certification
• Creation of Standards on the Script generations and operating procedures

Requirements

• 4 to 7 Years Experience
• BE/B Tech Mechanical Engineering
• BE/B Tech Automobile Engineering
• BE/B Tech Mechatronics Engineering
• Electronic power Steering system CAN Architecture development
• Design and development knowledge on 3 phase AC motors
• Steering system calculations understanding
• Knowledge in Sensors, Microcontrollers of Steering system
• Excellent knowledge in CAN communicating tools like CANoe, CANape, Vehicle spy
• Script development using Vector & Interpedis tools
• Test case preparation with Virtual ECU's for Software verification
