Ensure execution of the area’s routines, serving internal and external customers with structured analyses and arguments, agility, organization and above all customer focus;
Understand the needs of requests from the customer’s perspective, evaluate indicators for decision-making and proactively define parameter review logic tailored to each scenario;
Inventory Management: Define and control store inventory aiming to reduce stockouts without causing excess (optimal inventory), according to your responsibility group;
KPIs: Report and monitor area indicators, seeking process improvements;
Follow standardized area processes, continuously monitoring process performance and autonomously alerting the direct manager in case of deviations;
Apply continuous improvement methods (PDCA) together with the manager and identify root causes of store supply issues;
Work with internal or external cross-functional teams;
Execute the area’s routines, serving internal and external customers with structured analyses and arguments, agility and organization;
When necessary, make occasional visits to pharmacies to understand the reality and main pain points;
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations-related disciplines, or other Exact Sciences
Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) — intermediate/advanced
Power BI — intermediate, or other BI tools for data analysis and visualization
Alteryx or similar ETL tools
SQL for querying and data extraction
