You are responsible for effectively presenting the innovative Dexcom product portfolio and its associated digital ecosystem (e.g., insulin pumps and others) to drive targeted revenue growth
You actively promote the company’s position as a market leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM)
You independently manage a defined territory and are responsible for sales planning, developing sales plans, customer support, servicing diabetes specialty retailers, and acquiring new customers
You are accountable for achieving and exceeding the territory’s revenue and KPI targets
You successfully leverage our sales and marketing strategies to meet and surpass your territory objectives
You identify market opportunities early and develop targeted strategies for new customer acquisition in the CGM segment
You take responsibility for the territory budget through expenditure control
You plan and organize customer events independently and moderate and/or conduct them
You collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams
You continuously monitor the market and competitors
You maintain professional relationship management with customer networks, decision-makers, and key opinion leaders in your territory
You build a strong healthcare network — from diabetes specialty retailers and physicians to other regional decision-makers
Requirements
You are a sales professional with a proven track record in sales and new customer acquisition
You are proficient with CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
You have the ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs
Ideally, you have prior sales experience with local physicians, diabetologists, and diabetes specialty retailers in your region
Prior knowledge of diabetes management and a solid understanding of CGM systems or other medical devices is desirable
You speak fluent German and good English
You hold a valid driver’s license
