Responsible for legal advertising of health care disciplinary cases upon request from attorneys and staff, to include finding the proper newspaper, obtaining a price quote, requesting the advertisement, and maintaining the tracking and filing of legal advertisements for Prosecution Services.
Review spend plan report monthly to identify budget coding errors, encumbrances greater than the allotted amount, and expenditures greater than the allotted amount.
Research encumbrance and spending concerns for review with OSS Section Manager.
Review Works purchasing card transactions and approve or flag at the approver level daily, including reviewing daily reports detailing transactions requiring sign off or approval.
Deliver international certified mail to the United States Post Office and purchase appropriate postage.
Order supplies through ODP and Amazon as needed.
Requirements
Proficiency with Florida's state software systems (FLAIR, FIS, FACTS, MFMP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel required)
Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and apply relevant laws and regulations
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Must have current authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
