Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all VMS-related activities
Lead VMS configuration, setup, and optimization during client onboarding
Manage ongoing system administration and operational support
Partner with clients to optimize VMS usage and program growth
Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions
Configure and maintain VMS modules, workflows, and permissions
Administer and support integrations between VMS platforms and systems
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
Develop and maintain system documentation, reports, and analytics
Manage relationships with VMS technology providers

3–7+ years of experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
Hands-on experience configuring or administering VMS platforms
Strong understanding of contingent workforce programs and supplier management models
Experience supporting system integrations across HR or workforce technology platforms
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business solutions
Proven ability to work cross-functionally across operational, technical, and client-facing teams
VMS platform certification or formal system training is a plus
