Role Overview
- Ensure end-to-end delivery of industrial transformation programs
- Oversee a portfolio of production projects and system implementation initiatives
- Build strong relationships with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance teams
- Deliver programs following the McBride methodology
- Identify, assess and mitigate program risks
- Work with the Change Manager to embed new processes
- Collaborate with the Finance Business Partner to manage budgets
Requirements
- Ability to translate strategy into concrete action programs
- Structured, clear, and repeatable approach to project delivery
- Ability to mobilize teams toward new ways of working
- Strong understanding of Change Management principles; Prosci certification or equivalent preferred
- Ability to manage program budgets and track return on investment
