- Implementing legal compliance in various business operations
- Drafting and revising commercial contracts, internal policies, and legal documents
- Raising awareness about legal requirements
- Building legal processes to enhance service quality and manage risks
- Communicating with partners, law firms, and service providers from various jurisdictions
Requirements
- Fluent English (including legal drafting)
- 3-4+ years of relevant experience with an international or top-tier law firm or IT product company
- Initiative and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters
- Result-oriented, well-organized, and self-starter
- Skillful translator of complex legal issues into plain business solutions
- Expertise in consumer protection laws in the USA and EU is a plus
