About this role
Role Overview
Support global recruiting and onboarding processes through compliance checks, data quality monitoring, and process adherence reviews.
Act as first-level support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding, resolving user inquiries and coordinating issue escalation when required.
Manage global Recruiting & Onboarding shared inboxes, ensuring timely and professional handling of process and system-related requests.
Collect, validate, and maintain recruiting and onboarding data to support KPI reporting and dashboards.
Prepare and analyze HR datasets, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
Collaborate with global, regional, and local HR teams, supporting system enhancements, testing activities, and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, in HR Operations, HR Data Management, or HR Systems Support.
Experience working with HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Onboarding.
Strong analytical skills with proven experience handling, validating, and reporting on large datasets using Excel and other reporting tools.
Solid understanding of HR processes, data quality principles, and data protection requirements.
Experience working in international environments and collaborating with stakeholders across different regions and organizational levels.
Fluent English and a structured, service-oriented, and detail-focused working style with a strong digital mindset.
