Manage the end-to-end change lifecycle and scheduling for multiple applications
Streamline and improve the Change & Release Management processes
Assist in maintaining documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning change and release management
Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes
Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
Report Change & Release Management activities to all levels of management

Technical Graduate (B.Tech/BE/MCA/BCA/MSc/BSc-Computer Science) or equivalent academic qualification

6 years of experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) process
Practical experience of ITIL practices and Service Transition (specifically Change & Release Management)
Certification in ITIL Foundations v4, preferred
Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must
General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office expert level knowledge of Excel, working Knowledge of Access
Demonstrate effective experience in working with Agile and Scrum teams
Demonstrate ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
