Support implementation and sustainment activities associated with research-related Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions.
Administer surveys and site assessments to identify research study build, maintenance, and sustainment requirements.
Gather, document, analyze, and track study-specific requirements, requests, scope changes, and implementation needs.
Maintain REDCap databases and ensure project information, survey results, study requirements, and status updates remain accurate and current.
Verify, organize, validate, and clean project-related data to support reporting and operational decision-making.
Coordinate communication among researchers, study teams, VHA facilities, OSIRES personnel, and other stakeholders.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, track action items, and support follow-up activities.
Develop and maintain trackers, status reports, requirement logs, and workflow documentation.
Monitor progress of study build and sustainment activities and help ensure timely completion of assigned actions and milestones.
Assist in development and refinement of processes, SOPs, job aids, templates, and other operational materials supporting program growth and standardization.
Identify issues, risks, and opportunities for process improvement and assist in developing practical solutions.
Support stakeholder engagement and coordination activities associated with ongoing EHR deployments and sustainment efforts.

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Research Administration, or a related field
4+ years of experience supporting program operations, healthcare operations, clinical research operations, EHR implementation, research administration, or related activities
Hands-on experience with tools like REDCap, including survey administration, database maintenance, reporting, and data management activities
Experience gathering requirements, maintaining tracking systems, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting operational workflows
Experience validating, documenting, organizing, and maintaining large datasets
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
