Role Overview
- To provide day to day hands-on supervision on shift basis of the engineering department technical staff.
- Ensure highly effective and safe machinery maintenance in the organization.
- Electricial Domestic and industrial wiring, Control circuits.
- Understand electrical lay-out plans, basic motor controls circuits diagrams, fault findings DOL (Forward-Revers).
- Carry out Inspection, testing, fault finding and repair in single phase and three phase industrial installations.
- Design, Estimate and handle a small scale electrical project related to the factory installations, individually.
- Programming and installation of VFDs in the factory.
- Welding with various techniques safely.
- Ability to prepare material for welding operations and cutting.
Requirements
- Successful completion of full time NAB / CGTTI / ATI / NCT Examination or GCE O/L examination.
- 1 year full time course in recognized institute.
- 2 years industrial experience.
- 3 years experience in production environment.
