Integration & Lead Management: You position Raiffeisen Insurance within omnichannel sales and manage leads and sales signals (e.g., signal container) in close collaboration with the Raiffeisen sector.
Campaign Management: You plan, design and execute digital and omnichannel campaigns with the goal of increasing sales and boosting the adoption of digital tools.
Coordination & Interface Management: You work closely with regional organizations, product management, analytics and content teams to ensure smooth processes.
Use Cases & Pilots: You develop focus and signal-driven campaigns, support pilot projects and optimize ongoing activities.
Monitoring & Reporting: You analyze sales and campaign data, derive optimizations and actively contribute to the development of comprehensive omnichannel sales reporting.
Rollout & Knowledge Management: You actively promote experience sharing and knowledge transfer, establish best practices and support product owners in rolling out new digital solutions and tools through audience-appropriate materials, presentations and short videos.
Requirements
Degree in business, marketing, communications or a comparable qualification.
Experience in omnichannel sales, digital sales or campaign management – ideally in insurance or banking.
Strong command of digital tools (e.g., signal container, CRM systems, marketing automation, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau).
Knowledge of lead and signal management as well as reporting and analysis of sales KPIs.
Strong skills in project and interface management and enjoyment working with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical thinking, self‑initiative and a strong interest in digitalization and innovation.
