Technical ownership of test strategies, frameworks, and automation standards

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in software testing, test automation, and test architecture
Deep expertise in common automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, Playwright, Tosca, Appium)
Very good knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript)
Solid experience with CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and version control systems (Git)
Strategic and analytical thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills and experience in client consulting and presentations
Experience with API, integration, and end-to-end testing
Fluent German (C1) and very good English skills
Willingness to undertake occasional client assignments across Germany
