Manage and operate LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD‑WAN and SASE environments;
Advanced administration of firewalls, VPNs, security policies and access control;
Support and operate ZTNA, SWG and secure application access solutions;
Lead response to critical incidents, complex problems and changes;
Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis;
Ensure SLA compliance, continuous improvement and operational standardization;
Serve as technical interface with global teams and vendors, using advanced English;
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and operational procedures;

Bachelor's degree in IT (completed)
Solid, proven experience operating corporate networks
Strong experience with enterprise firewalls and network security
Practical experience with SASE / Zero Trust environments
Experience with ITIL processes (Incidents, Problems, Changes)
Advanced English for technical conversations, meetings and global alignments
Certifications in Networking, Security or ITIL
Nice-to-haves: Experience with SASE platforms (Cisco, Palo Alto, Zscaler); experience in IoT or OT environments; experience in large-scale environments.
