About this role

Play a hands-on, operational leadership role in advancing the organization’s applied artificial intelligence strategy across clinical, operational, and administrative domains
Responsible for the day-to-day management of AI initiatives, supporting the full AI algorithm lifecycle—from intake and evaluation through deployment, monitoring, and optimization
Work closely with clinical leaders, operational stakeholders, IT, Informatics, Legal, Risk, and external AI vendors to ensure AI tools are safe, effective, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals
Ensure that AI delivers real, measurable value while maintaining trust, safety, and operational excellence

Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, Engineering, Informatics, Healthcare or Business Administration
5+ years of experience
Experience working with EHR integrated AI tools or clinical decision support systems
Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, model risk management, or algorithm oversight processes
Experience collaborating with AI vendors, startups, or health technology partners
Knowledge of healthcare privacy, security and regulatory considerations related to AI
PMP, Lean, Six Sigma or similar project management training
