Manage B2B Off accounts of all sizes by representing Michelin team externally with clients and internally by working with various stakeholders
Bring volume, revenue and margin growth
Monitor and strength customer relationship, incorporating lessons to close the loop
Generate new leads by monitoring trends, conducting research, identifying opportunities, cold calling and converting them into sales
Regular daily visits to the end users (agro farms, quarries, logistic centers and ctr.)
Present products & services and prepare effective proposal for customers
Checking tires on machines and vehicles, building different types of reports for clients
Dealer and partners visits
Capture, manage & answer claims
Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels
Propose marketing campaigns and support their implementation
Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects including business review
Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access; new search opportunities and ensure all current and potential clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales
Experience in the agricultural or machinery sector is considered an advantage
Proficiency in English and native-level Romanian
University degree
Valid driving license with active driving experience (mandatory)
Preferably based in the western region of the country (Banat, Crișana, Transylvania)
Readiness to work on the field (whole country + Republic of Moldova) and traveling inside region
Strong ability to manage deliverables and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to building and developing relationships with professionals at all levels.
