Responsible for planning, evaluating and implementing physical therapy treatment programs.
Plans, conducts, and evaluates physical therapy treatment/intervention programs and activities.
Completes patient assessments related to various physical skills and functional abilities.
Provides treatment/intervention according to the prescribed plan.
Participates in multidisciplinary team to assist in developing intervention strategies.
Requirements
Current Oklahoma license as a Physical Therapist issued by the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision plus one year of professional experience for Level II.
Advanced level master's degree or doctorate in pediatric rehabilitative services, pediatric occupational therapy, special education, or a closely related field may be substituted for the required experience for Level II.
Current Oklahoma License and three years of professional experience as a licensed Physical Therapist for Level III.
Advanced level master’s degree or doctorate may be substituted for two years of the required experience for Level III.
Knowledge of the principles, practices, and ethics of professional physical therapy.
Ability to evaluate individual skills and abilities and develop treatment plans.
