Role Overview
- Prepare and update shop and fabrication drawings for architectural metalwork and façade components.
- Produce SolidWorks-based outputs and fabrication files.
- Coordinate revisions and approvals while resolving detailing issues.
- Manage multiple projects to ensure accurate and timely delivery of buildable documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of drafting/detailing experience.
- Strong SolidWorks experience.
- Background in architectural metalwork is preferred.
- Candidates from steel fabrication, façade, or industrial drafting backgrounds are welcome.
- Experience supporting Australian construction projects is preferred.
- Candidates with US, UK, or other international construction project experience will also be considered.
- Experience with balustrades, louvres, perforated screens, handrails, or related architectural products.
- Ability to prepare shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
