Build strong relationships with veterinary clients to help sell IDEXX’s portfolio of diagnostic products and medical devices.
Independently manage your territory and customer base to increase recurring diagnostic revenue year over year and achieve quarterly medical equipment sales targets.
Promote the use of in-house diagnostic testing, medical consumables, reference laboratory services, and advanced diagnostics among clients.
Collaborate and co-sell with other IDEXX sales professionals in the region to close deals for cutting-edge equipment and technology.
Educate and train veterinary clinic staff on IDEXX products, services, and marketing initiatives.
Communicate customer needs and competitive insights to IDEXX’s marketing organization and business unit manager.
Participate in trade fairs and other regional events.
Requirements
A relevant degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Several years of proven experience managing your own sales territory.
Experience gained in one or more of the following fields: Veterinary / animal health sector, Human healthcare medical devices, Dental devices.
High-value product sales.
Ability to work as part of a team in a highly collaborative sales environment.
Willingness to meet the requirements of a field sales role, including frequent travel by car (company car provided), overnight stays, and occasional weekend work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
