Lead the strategy, development, and execution of product marketing initiatives across healthcare software solutions
Define and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products and features
Conduct ongoing market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging
Collaborate with sales leadership to create tools, presentations, and training materials
Leverage data to identify key customer segments and their unique needs
Represent the company at industry conferences and through publications to build brand credibility
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product marketing team
Establish KPIs to measure the success of product marketing initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven expertise in developing go-to-market strategies and executing product launches
Strong understanding of healthcare software and/or healthcare systems, patient engagement solutions, and the regulatory environment in healthcare technology
Direct go-to-market experience for Electronic Health Record (EHR) and/or Practice Management (PM) solutions
