Unlock new revenue, driving co-marketing, and generating a consistent flow of high-quality leads
Build an AI and automation-driven partnerships engine that scales what used to take a team of five
Grow and nurture high-value partner relationships through events, webinars, in-person meetings, and co-marketing
Own partnership metrics, dashboards, experiments, and funnel optimization
Collaborate with founders, sales, and product to drive measurable revenue impact
Travel 1-2 times per month for strategic partner meetings and events
Requirements
5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or GTM roles
Proven success building or scaling partner ecosystems
Experience working with System Integrators (SI) firms, accounting firms, fintech tools, or SaaS integrations
Data-driven and experimental mindset
obsessed with funnels, metrics, and repeatable systems
Ability to build scalable automation workflows using modern growth tools
Comfortable operating in high-speed, high-ownership startup environments
Nice to have: Hands-on experience with growth automation tools (Clay, UnifyGTM, Apollo, Lemlist)
Nice to have: Experience in SaaS, AI, or B2B tech sales
Nice to have: Background in demand generation or account-based marketing (ABM)
