Assess and design the solution as part of the Discovery program in an Agile technology team.
Work closely with the Business analysts and Product Owners as well as platform teams and external consultants.
Define the future state architecture, capabilities, and design principles that will guide subsequent delivery phases.
Conduct detailed assessments of current processes and systems, identify gaps, and outline high-value design decisions for the next five years.
Develop end-to-end solution architectures for logistics systems, ensuring integration with enterprise platforms and compliance with standards.
Leverage advanced capabilities such as Data Integration & Analytics, Automation & Workflow Optimisation, Cloud & API Strategy.
Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural blueprints.
Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and regulatory requirements within logistics operations.
Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT) to optimise logistics performance.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years working in a custom development environment
Minimum 5 years working as a solution architect / technical architect
Working understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working
Experience in working with customers and product owners
Experience in solution enhancement and analysis
Experience with React / NodeJS
Experience with .net
Experience with AWS and Databases
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Proven experience in solution architecture within logistics or supply chain domains.
Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and API or EDI management.
Familiarity with logistics systems (WMS, TMS) and ERP integration.
