Bachelor’s Degree is preferred or 3+ years compounding or industry experience
Proven experience in provider relations, business development, or sales is required
Compounding pharmacy sales experience is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and executing Territory Business Plan, conferences, and promotional events
Knowledge of compounding pharmacy regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards is a plus
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% of the time) for field selling and conference participation
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving, goal achievement, and hunting for new opportunities.
