About this role
Role Overview
Representing our company by being the contact person for our patients.
Screening patients (no sales calls, pure customer service).
Being part of the team, where your main task is to help doctors and patients to connect with each other.
Requirements
You speak Polish (mother-tongue) and English.
You have worked as a Nurse, CRA, or a position in the medical field.
You might need to call patients and follow a strict screener.
You have an understanding of medical topics.
You have initial experience in handling customers’ requests via phone and email, ideally, you have even already worked in a Call Center before.
You are well-organized and a confident communicator with the desire to provide a first-class service to customers.
You can work in the morning, noon, afternoon and if necessary evening time.
