Strategic interface design: You precisely analyze and define technical requirements for REST APIs and middleware solutions and translate them into a clean system architecture.
Confident stakeholder management: As the central link, you coordinate smooth communication between our customers, external DMS vendors and our internal product teams.
International platform rollout: You will manage digital implementations primarily remotely. Occasional, infrequent on-site workshops with large Italian customers round off the rollout phase.
Sustainable quality assurance: Continuous monitoring of data integrity and the performance of implemented interfaces ensures long-term success and proactively eliminates system bottlenecks.
Requirements
3–5 years of solid IT project experience: A proven track record of managing complex software integration projects or technical rollouts through to Go-Live forms your foundation.
Deep understanding of REST APIs: A strong IT foundation and sound knowledge of modern system architectures, data flows and technological processes characterize your working style.
Excellent language skills: Business-fluent German and strong Italian skills ensure flawless moderation with our partners (English is a welcome plus!).
Strong ownership mentality: Your fully autonomous approach, clear decisiveness and high tolerance for frustration drive projects safely to completion even in the face of unexpected challenges.
Assertive expectation management: In conflict situations you act diplomatically, keep the timeline firmly in focus and bring diverse teams together purposefully.
