Executive Search Delivery: Conduct candidate interviews with senior executives, source candidates and build longlists for ongoing private equity mandates
AI & Special Projects: Contribute to building our AI capabilities (agents, sourcing automation) and independently lead strategic initiatives
Client Deliverables: Produce high-quality PowerPoint decks and materials for private equity clients and portfolio companies
Marketing & Events: Organize client events, roundtables and support brand-building activities
Operations: Travel planning, expense management, invoices — anything that frees the founders to focus on strategic priorities
Requirements
High Energy & Ownership: You take a proactive approach and drive initiatives forward independently
People Skills: You interact confidently with senior executives and PE partners — business-fluent in German and English with strong negotiation skills
Tech Affinity: Strong skills in PowerPoint; curious and open to working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
Structured Working Style: You manage multiple projects in parallel and deliver quality under time pressure
