Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Develop recruiting strategies by using traditional and non-traditional resources
Source for both active and passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
Contribute to keeping a team of elite healthcare professionals operational

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or related field is required
5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
Workday (applicant tracking system) experience is preferred
Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with Executives, Directors, and team members
Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals
At least 1 year of experience conducting agency searches
Proven experience in guiding, mentoring, or coordinating peers and cross-functional teams to achieve recruitment goals
Technical experience with Phenom CRM
