Role Overview
- Build and maintain our HR data
- Help transform HR data into clear, reliable, and actionable metrics for managers
- Create HR dashboards for managers and the People team
- Consolidate data from multiple tools
- Ensure HR data accuracy and identify inconsistencies
- Automate recurring reports, exports, and checks
- Lead People Ops / HR tools projects
- Support HR administration / payroll for ad-hoc needs
Requirements
- Strong experience in People Analytics, HRIS, People Ops, HR projects, payroll / ADP, and HR tools
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel: formulas, file cross-referencing, checks, dashboards
- Ability to make data readable and useful for managers
- Passion for HR tools: testing, configuring, challenging, and improving them
- Able to manage projects end-to-end with autonomy
- Understanding of key operational HR challenges
- Good level of English (minimum B2-C1)
