Role Overview
Own a portfolio of large state and federal agency accounts
Drive deep product adoption across departments and campuses
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior government IT leaders
Translate NinjaOne’s technical capabilities into outcomes they care about
Proactively identify gaps in endpoint visibility and tool sprawl
Identify and execute expansion opportunities across agencies
Lead structured Executive Business Reviews with senior agency stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships across agency IT teams
Requirements
Proven track record managing and growing large, complex state or federal government accounts
Deep knowledge of enterprise procurement processes, multi-year budget cycles, grant funding mechanisms, and regulatory compliance
Successfully expanded high-value SLED accounts
Engaged senior government stakeholders—CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors
Strong familiarity with federal and state IT frameworks and cybersecurity mandates
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Public Administration, Business, or a related field (Preferred)
Proficiency in Salesforce & Enterprise CRM Best Practices
